FAQ’s

Q: My Axles are bent, will you guys replace them?

A: Bending axles is something that happens through usage of skateboarding. Whether its from big drops or sliding, bent axles are a natural occurrence. However, If your axles are visibly bent upon purchasing your trucks you can send them into us for evaluation. If we deem your truck defective we will replace them and no additional cost. See below for return guidelines

Q: My Kingpin broke, will you replace them?

A: First off, congratulations! The only way you were able to break your kingpin was probably because you were shredding your face off. Unfortunately, like bent axles this is a natural occurrence and is not covered by warranty. However, See the video below for instructions on how to replace your kingpin.

Q: My trucks squeak, how do I fix this?

A: Squeaky trucks are the result of new bushings and pivot cups. While sometimes annoying this is just part of the process of breaking in your trucks. The best way to fix this is usage, the more you use your trucks the faster it will go away.

Q: Why do my trucks stick when I turn?

A: Again, this happens when your trucks are new and not broken in. Usage is the simplest and easiest way to fix this. Just break them in!

Q: My trucks rattle, how do I fix this?

A: Rattling trucks are caused from your trucks being too loose. When you ride really loose trucks your bushings compress when riding and this sometimes makes your top bushing cup loose, causing it to rattle on your kingpin and kingpin nut. If this bothers you, just tighten your trucks until the problem stops.

Q: What Bushings do you recommend and what bushings are compatible?

A: Bushings are something that are 100% to the preference of the rider. If you want to turn more and like loose trucks, go with a softer Duro. If you want stability and like tighter trucks, go with a harder Duro. For compatibility, the best thing to do is take your skateboard to your local skateshop, take out you old bushings and ask for bushings the same size as what were originally in your trucks. If you don’t have a local skate shop, try an online store.

For actual size see the following:

Reverse kingpin Trucks (Charger, Alpine, Stalker, Charger 2) – Reverse kingpin trucks with their stock kingpins typically use a .625 bushing for both top and bottom.

Conventional Trucks (Standard, Mission, Sidewinder, Grinder) – Conventional trucks with their stock kingpins use a .375 top bushing and a .562 bottom bushing.

Vintage Gullwing Trucks (PRO, PRO III, Sidewinder, Street Shadow, Mach IV) – these trucks with their stock kingpins use a .375 top bushing and a .625 bottom bushing.

Q: What angle should I ride?

A: If you are asking this question you are probably riding a reverse kingpin truck. If you want to turn and carve more, ride a higher degree of angle. If you want stability at high speeds, go for a lower degree angle.
